Debra L. Bailey, M.D., F.A.A.D. – Retired from ADC, relocated to Florida
Dr. Bailey was born and raised in southern California. Dr. Bailey is Board Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Bailey completed her undergraduate studies at Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, with distinction. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Iowa where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine and received the Opal & John Sebulin Award and the Liselotte Gurau Memorial Scholarship. Dr. Bailey completed her Dermatology Residency at the University of Cincinnati in 1989 where she was chief resident. Dr. Bailey has published articles in peer-reviewed literature, written a chapter in Clinical Dermatology and lectured on various skin topics.
Dr. Bailey founded the Annapolis Dermatology Center in 1991. She retired from the Annapolis Dermatology Center in September 2015. She now lives in Florida where she practices dermatology at the High Tide Dermatology Center, located in the Olympia Medical Park at 2350 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Suite 301, Naples FL 34109.
